What data we process
The data you provide in the assessment form: name, job title, company email, company website and your answers about your sales. Also, if you arrived through a link with campaign parameters, the reference of that campaign.
What we use it for
- To assess whether an outbound system makes sense for your company.
- To contact you in response to your request and, if there is a fit, to arrange a meeting.
- To prepare a proposal if both parties decide to move forward.
We do not use this data to send you commercial communications unrelated to your request without separate consent.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we keep your data for a maximum of 12 months from your request and then delete it. If we work together, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires (for example, due to tax obligations).
Providers
- Website hosting and form handling: Netlify, Inc.
- Email: Google Workspace, by Google.
- Cookieless visit measurement: Cloudflare Web Analytics, by Cloudflare, Inc. It does not receive data that identifies you.
These providers are United States companies, so some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. This is done with the safeguards provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights by writing to contacto@evrsystems.com. If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, the Spanish Data Protection Agency) (aepd.es).
