Before the first email goes out, half the work is already done.
Sending emails within seven days is easy. Getting the who, the when and the message right isn’t. That’s why we spend the first weeks understanding your market.
Weeks 1 to 3 · Preparation
What you don’t see matters most.
By the time we start writing, we already know which companies, which person inside each one and why it makes sense for them to listen to you today.
The first emails go out after three weeks. Not before: rushing burns your market.
Sounds like a long time? We’ve seen teams ask for meetings within seven days and, seven days later, not be ready to take them. A meeting that arrives before your team is prepared is as wasted as one that never arrives.
From week 4 · Operation
A prospect left waiting goes cold. We don’t keep them waiting.
When someone replies with interest, we answer in under 30 minutes.
- 01We writeThe way you would if you had the time: a message written for that company, not a template for a thousand.
- 02We replyIn under 30 minutes, to everyone who shows interest.
- 03We bookThe meeting with the decision-maker, in your calendar and confirmed by them.
- 04We hand it overWith a 10-part research brief:
Every week we learn which companies, roles and messages work. The next week starts out knowing more.
How we speak on your behalf
Your company doesn’t ask for meetings. It chooses who to meet.
We write as a company that leads its market: confident, specific and unhurried. The reader should feel that you chose them, not that you’re short of customers.
What we deliver
Being in the calendar isn’t enough for a meeting to count.
We define it in writing before we start. It counts when all five conditions are met.
- The company matches the agreed ideal customer profile.
- The person holds the agreed role or profile.
- They have a genuine interest in talking business.
- They agree to the meeting of their own accord.
- The meeting is booked.
Counts
- A properly qualified, booked meeting.
- The prospect doesn’t turn up, despite being properly qualified.
- Your team cancels or doesn’t turn up.
- A rescheduled meeting still counts as one meeting.
Doesn’t count, and we replace it
- A company or person outside the profile, due to our error.
- Poor qualification on our side.
- A contact or scheduling error on our part.
- A duplicate from your pipeline that you’d already flagged to us.
The details are set out in each project’s contract.
Responsibilities
We get you to the meeting. Your team closes.
One person accountable for your system, from start to finish.
You don’t deal with a department: you deal with the person who runs your acquisition system and knows your market. You’ll never have to explain your business twice or ask how things are going.
Your weekly summary
Every week, the numbers that matter. Not the ones that look good.
Emails sent and open rates don’t pay salaries. So we don’t report them as results. This is what you get, and what it’s for.
