Who it’s for
If it doesn’t pay off for you, it doesn’t pay off for us.
EVR pays off where a customer is worth so much that reaching them before your competitors changes your numbers. There, every meeting with a decision-maker is money that would otherwise have been left on the table.
Fit
Six conditions decide whether we take you on. Your sector isn’t one of them.
What matters is whether we can make you money. If you meet them, what you do doesn’t matter.
- 01Sales process
You know how to turn a meeting into a contract
You, a partner or a sales team, with a way of selling that already works and that you can measure: out of every ten meetings, how many become customers. We get you to the meeting; turning it into a customer is down to you.
- 02Sales
You sell to businesses, and you sell through a conversation
Your customer is another company, and the sale starts with a meeting, even if a visit, a demo or a proposal comes next.
- 03Economics
A new customer is worth a lot
Enough that a single signed deal more than pays for the work of winning it.
- 04Market
You have room to grow, and the market can be reached
Plenty of companies could buy from you and don’t know you yet. And the decision-makers inside them can be found.
- 05Delivery capacity
You can serve the customers you win
If you signed three more customers tomorrow, your company could serve them well. If not, that needs fixing first.
- 06Investment
You see growth as an investment
You know winning customers has a cost and you’re willing to invest to grow, even when your customers take a while to pay.
When we say no
Some companies we turn down. Even when they want to pay.
- You’re still working out what to sell
- A customer brings in so little that a meeting isn’t worth it
- Nobody can take the meetings
- You don’t yet know how to turn meetings into customers
- You want meetings with anyone, no matter who
- Your market is too small to work properly
Some firms take on anyone who can pay and charge the same whether it works or not. We don’t.
We won’t charge you for something we know won’t work for you.
The assessment
First we look at your numbers. Then we decide whether to take you on.
In an initial meeting, we talk about what you sell, who you sell to, what a customer is worth to you, how long it takes you to close and who handles the meetings.
If we see a fit, we study your market and present the project in a second meeting. If we don’t, we tell you, and we don’t waste your time.
And if you decide not to work with us, you keep part of the study: how many companies could buy from you and the first ten to start with.
Every month your market doesn’t know you exist, it’s getting to know someone else.
Tell us what you sell and who to. If we see a real opportunity, we’ll show you how we’d go after it.
